Using this site
Everything here is general information about how insurance claims work. It is not advice about your claim, and it cannot be, because no page can see your policy wording or the facts of your loss. Nothing here creates a relationship between us until we have agreed one.
If RFS placed your policy
Claims handling is part of the advisory relationship. There is no separate engagement and no separate fee.
If another advisor placed it
We can still take the claim, under a separate written engagement agreed before any work begins. You will know the basis of that engagement before you commit to it. Your existing advisor and your policy are unaffected.
What we do not promise
No outcome is guaranteed. What a policy pays is decided by its wording and by the facts of the loss. We will tell you honestly when we think a claim is weak, including when that means telling you an offer already on the table is a fair one.
