We hold you responsible for the loss and damage and give you notice of our
claim. We reserve all our rights, including our right to recover the full
extent of the loss once it has been quantified.

The goods and their packing are being held in the condition in which they were
delivered. Please advise immediately if you wish to inspect them, and confirm
whether you will attend a joint survey. If we do not hear from you we will
proceed with the survey and hold you to its findings.

Please acknowledge receipt of this notice.
