Reply to a repudiation
A reasoned answer to a refusal, dealing with the ground the insurer actually relied on.
When to send itAs soon as possible, and inside the time limit for challenging
Why it existsA repudiation is the insurer's opening position on a stated ground. This letter is not a complaint: it asks the insurer to identify precisely what it relies on, which is the question that most often moves a file, because a ground that cannot be stated precisely usually cannot be defended.
