For as long as the claim is live, and afterwards for the period we are required to retain records of the work. If you get in touch and do not proceed, tell us and we will delete it.
You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw your agreement at any time. Write to info@rakshitinsurance.com and we will act on it. Withdrawing consent while a claim is live may mean we cannot carry on running it.
